Program Description :

Optional State Supplementation (OSS): The OSS Program is administered by the SC Department of Health and Human Services. It is designed to provide a monthly entitlement amount on behalf of eligible aged, blind or disabled persons (SSA guidelines for eligibility) who need assistance paying licensed/enrolled Community Residential Care Facilities (CRCFs) where they live.
