The Bureau of Eligibility Policy and Oversight is responsible for Medicaid policy development, providing technical assistance to central and local eligibility staff; monitoring of eligibility processes, constituent services, and disability determinations.

Divisions within the Bureau of Eligibility Policy and Oversight:
  • Division of Policy and Planning, 898-2635

    The Division of Policy and Planning is responsible for Medicaid policy development, monitoring of eligibility processes and providing technical assistance to central and local eligibility staff. Other responsibilities include Internet design and development, maintaining eligibility forms, and development of beneficiary notices/literature.


  • Division of Constituent & Beneficiary Services, 898-2635

    The Division of Constituent & Beneficiary Services is responsible for constituent and beneficiary services, disability determinations and SCHIP reporting.
