COVID-19 Limited Benefit
If you don’t have health insurance, Healthy Connections Medicaid can cover the cost of COVID-19 testing.
Eligibility:
Current Healthy Connections Medicaid members do not need to apply for the new program.
Benefits:
Services covered are limited to those necessary for
diagnostic testing for the COVID-19 virus.

Apply online or complete the following form(s) and submit it electronically to 8888201204@fax.scdhhs.gov , by mail to SCDHHS-Central Mail, P.O. Box 100101, Columbia, SC 29202-3101 or to your local county office.
