Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Request
The business of the South Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (SCDHHS) is open to public review, as is required by the state's Freedom of Information Act.

How to Submit a FOIA REQUEST
All FOIA requests must be in writing and can be submitted through the FOIA Portal , by email, fax, U.S. mail or hand delivered.
