The Database Administrator will be a part of the Software Application Management Team and work closely with our Application Development, Content and Web Services divisions to implement system requirements. Chief Compliance Officer

The Chief Compliance Officer or "CCO" serves as the leader for enterprise compliance efforts of the South Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (the Department), in designing and implementing internal controls, policies, and procedures to assure compliance with applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations, third-party guidelines, and internal policies. This includes requirements regarding the State Medicaid program, HIPAA privacy and security, the due process and civil rights of beneficiaries and applicants, systems security, financial reporting, and other aspects of health insurance management. The CCO serves as an independent and objective official who reviews, evaluates, reports, and advises the Department regarding compliance concerns within the organization. The CCO is a trusted partner of his/her Executive leadership colleagues who will lead the Office of Compliance of the Department through significant process transformation toward its goal of becoming a performance-driven organization.
