Medicaid Termination Of Provider Agreement

  Effective October 1, 2012 the agreement between Myrtle Beach Manor Nursing Home, 9547 Highway 17 North, Myrtle Beach, South Carolina 29572, and SCDHHS will be terminated.  Please note Myrtle Beach Manor Nursing Home has voluntarily terminated their agreement with SCDHHS.
