Horry County Medicaid offices in Conway relocating

Columbia, SC - The Horry County Medicaid Eligibility office and Medicaid Community Long-Term Care office in Conway are moving to a new location in the Genesis Complex at 1201 Creel St.
Scheduled to open Monday, Feb. 24, the new Healthy Connections offices are only about one mile southwest of their existing location and will still be accessible by public transportation. Applicants and beneficiaries can conduct business as usual at the existing location until it closes Friday, Feb. 21. The South Carolina Department of Health and Human Services anticipates no interruption of service for its members during the transition.
The hours of operation, phone numbers and mailing addresses will remain the same. Hours of operation for both offices are 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday through Friday. The eligibility office’s phone number is (843) 381-8260, and the mailing address is P.O. Box 290, Conway SC 29528. The Community Long-Term Care office’s number is (843) 248-7249, and the mailing address is P.O. Box 2150, Conway SC 29528.
