ASD Program Updates: ABA Provider Network and Behavior Identification Assessments

PROVIDER ALERT

Update: The original alert titled "ASD Program Updates: ABA Provider Network and Behavior Identification Assessments" that was issued on Aug. 11, 2020, erroneously stated that Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) providers needed to continue emailing certain credentialing information items to SCDHHS. ABA providers do not need to submit credentialing information to SCDHHS via email unless specifically requested to do so. The updated alert is available below.

  • A roster of supervisees under a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

  • Proof of Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credentials for all ABA Behavior Technicians, which must be submitted within 90 days of employment.
