How do I file a complaint?
If you feel that you have been discriminated against on the basis of race, color, sex, disability, religion or national origin; you can file a complaint with the Office of Civil Rights & Privacy.

Are service animals permitted in all South Carolina Healthy Connections Medicaid office locations?
Yes. Service Animals are welcome in all SCDHHS county Eligibility, Community Long Term Care, BabyNet, and Outstationed Worker offices.
