Healthy Connections Medicaid members with questions about Medicare coverage or enrollment should visit Medicare.gov or call 1-800 Medicare (1-800-633-4227). Members can also visit the SCDHHS website for more information about D-SNPs . The resources below were current as of the end of the Prime program.
