SCDHHS recently mailed the 2025 IRS 1099-MISC form to eligible Medicaid-enrolled providers that meet IRS-defined thresholds. Reprint requests will be accepted starting March 11. Providers can request a reprint or submit an inquiry online or by calling the Provider Service Center at (888) 289-0709.
On July 1, 2022, Governor Henry McMaster issued Executive Order 2022-19 , which directs state agencies to disclose online detailed information about the entities who are receiving earmarked appropriations from the FY 2022-23 General Appropriations Act.
