Healthy Connections Medicaid members and applicants can initiate a Medicaid application, ask questions or receive help by calling the Healthy Connections Medicaid Member Contact Center at (888) 549-0820. The member contact center is open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday.
You can also visit one of our local eligibility offices for in-person assistance. You can also pick up or return a Medicaid application or annual review form or return requested information through a local eligibility office. A list of offices is available online at www.scdhhs.gov/members/where-go-help.
