Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) Rule: South Carolina Statewide Transition Plan

The South Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (SCDHHS) gives notice that the draft Statewide Transition Plan, required per Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) Rule (42 CFR Part 441.301(c)(6)), is available for public review and comment. The South Carolina Statewide Transition Plan will be submitted on or before Jan. 28, 2015. It will be effective upon CMS approval.
